This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains why and how personal data sent through the contact form on this site is processed.
Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Beal Studio (sole proprietorship) as the data controller.

What data we process
When you fill in the contact form, we only process:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The service you are interested in (optional)
- The content of your message
- The date and time you accepted this notice
To prevent abuse of the form, your IP address is held in server memory for at most one minute when you submit it. It is not stored anywhere.
Why we process it
We use your personal data only to:
- Reply to your request or question
- Prepare a quote if you ask for one, and contact you about it
- Prevent abuse of the contact form
Legal basis and how we collect it
The data is collected electronically, directly from you, through the contact form.
It is processed on the basis of KVKK Article 5/2 (c), as it is directly related to establishing a contract, and Article 5/2 (f), as it is necessary for the controller's legitimate interests provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Who we share it with
Form messages are delivered to us by email so that we can reply. This is done through the email delivery provider Resend, whose servers may be located outside Turkey.
Your data is not shared with anyone else and is never used for marketing. It may be disclosed to the competent authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form data is not stored on the website's server or in a database; it is only delivered by email. Retention period for these emails: Two years from the conclusion of your request. They are deleted at the end of that period.
Your rights under KVKK Article 11
By contacting the data controller, you have the right to:
- Find out whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Find out the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred
- Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected
- Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in KVKK Article 7
- Ask for corrections, deletion or destruction to be notified to third parties who received your data
- Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis of your data
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully
How to make a request
You can send requests about your rights by email to alicankls02@gmail.com. Please include your name, your contact details and a clear description of your request.
Requests are resolved free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. If an action involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
